- Men: The top predictors of success were the Burpee Broad Jumps, followed closely by the Run total. Least correlated: Farmers Carry and Sled Push.
- Women: Surprisingly, Wall Balls had the strongest correlation with overall performance. Least correlated? Burpee Broad Jumps.
This shows that there is a stark difference between how the men and women approach the race and pacing.

It seems that Ronc has figured out how the secret HYROX race formula. Come out very hard, run as fast as you can and close better than everyone else.
🌟 Performers of the Week
All eyes were on the Elite 15. But, there was quite a few impressive performances in the Pro field at Hamburg:
- Fabian Eisenlauer set a PR of 55:43 taking him from unranked to #21 on the Major list for Melbourne
- Gustav Cordua recently made the switch to HYROX from OCR and put down a 56:59 in only his second Pro race
- After both racing in the Elite 15, Dylan Scott and Rich Ryan teamed up for a Pro Doubles and clocked 48:53, the second fastest time ever
- There was also a quartet of strong lady performers. Manuela García Caparrós took the victory with a 1:01:11. Close behind were Vicky MacIntosh, Sophia Parvizi Wayne and Tanja Stroschneider. All four women are now within the top 25 on the Major list

- Gdansk: What is now a rarity, a single day event

- Alexis Bernier and Oli Fricker are in for Geneva after just appearing in the Elite 15 Doubles. Christian Harris, of CrossFit Games renown, will also be heading to Geneva.

👕 Beyond the Rox
Apparel brand Ten Thousand is putting on an event in the streets of New York they are dubbing the Ten Thousand 10k. It will be twenty five 400 meters laps (10,000 meters total) with 10 Burpees to start each one. Fresh off a Silver in Hamburg, Dylan Scott will be participating.
🏊♀️ Ironman World Champs – Kona Edition
After the men raced in Nice a few weeks back, the women now get their shot at the iconic Kona course for the Ironman World Championships. This will be the last year the genders are separated before everyone races in Kona once again next year.
